I stayed at the Best Western in West Siloam it was great they were very nice and helpful. They helped us with discounts because we had an emergency with our place and had to find a hotel really quick. So kids enjoyed the experience and swimming on Christmas.
My boyfriend had rented us a room here after reading the good reviews about the place. After he got the room key we headed to our room, #110 and it instantly smelled like animal urine. I am picky about checking the sheets and under the mattress when I stay places and upon looking, we were so disgusted. Dead bugs, stopped counting the pubic hair at 30 and so much dirt. There was also a dead brown recluse and filth along the baseboard that looks to have been there for some time. We got the front desk lady and showed here and said we were way to disgusted to stay any where in the place. She said we wouldn't be charged, but the charge is still on our card and this took place this past Friday. I wasn't going to write this, but I feel people should know the filth and also you won't get your money back after being handed a receipt showing $0 due to the nasty condition of the room!
My husband and kids and I received a discount for staying on Christmas day due to our house flooding. Great service, huge rooms, loved the bathroom, and coffee machines everywhere! My kids enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast. All in all, we would gladly stay again!
This Best Western is located nearby the Cherokee Casino. I stayed in a smoking room which is getting harder to find as more hotels are going towards all rooms non smoking. The room was clean, the shower was nice, the housekeeping service was great and polite, front desk service was polite, the breakfast was hot and tasted good. Overall the hotel experience was great. We had trouble finding a trolley to use at check out time. We were offered a utility cart but it wasn't big enough to hold our belongings. Perhaps the hotel needs more of the luggage carts or staff needs to collect those not in use.

Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Room had microwave and mini fridge with iron and ironing board at no extra cost. Very moderately priced for the room you get.
